Join students, teachers, and the public for this event featuring National Book Award-winning poet, Terrance Hayes. The day will include a morning conversation, Connecting Through Poetry, in which Hayes will discuss how the studies and thoughts of a humanities scholar influence the poetic process and take shape in the form of poetry and an evening poetry reading and reflection. Both events are free and open to the public.
