One of the best-loved and most respected storytellers to emerge from the current surge of interest in this timeless art from, Gayle Ross (Cherokee) shares stories about the bison, on of the most important life sources for the Plains tribes. A sacred and strong giver of life, bison are tied to creation, medicine, and sacred messages. Listen to Gayle's riveting stories about the importance of the bison in Native American culture and heritage.  

This event is free and open to the public. All attendees will be invited to view the Bison exhibition at the conclusion of each program for no additional fee.
