Now in its 42nd year, The Wewoka Sorghum Festival celebrates the unique history and diverse cultures that comprise the town of Wewoka and Seminole County. Set on the grounds of the Seminole Nation Museum and extending north seven blocks to the Wewoka Switch Depot, the festival features art, music, dance performances, traditional foods and crafts, cultural exhibitions, hands-on learning experiences, and demonstrations of the age old art of sorghum making.
